The S&H Hauling Preferred Hauler Program (“Program”) is a discretionary rewards program offered by S&H Hauling (“Company”) to select independent contractors and partner carriers (“Haulers”) who meet certain eligibility and performance criteria. Participation in the Program is subject to the following terms:
1. Program Benefits
Eligible Haulers may receive the following benefits, subject to availability and performance review:
- Random Dispatch Cash Prizes – At the sole discretion of S&H Hauling, participating haulers may receive unscheduled bonus payments as a reward for continued performance or loyalty.
- Priority Dispatch – Preferred Haulers may be given priority access to select high-demand or high-paying loads.
- Exclusive Rate Bonuses – Certain dispatches may include increased compensation exclusive to Program members.
- ACH Speed Pay – Program members may qualify for expedited ACH payments, typically within 7 business days following invoice processing. Actual timing may vary.
- Hauler Portal Access – Members may be granted access to an online portal to manage order history, payments, and communications.
- Trailer Access – When available, S&H may provide access to company-owned trailers for use on assigned dispatches.
2. Eligibility & Participation
- Participation in the Program is by invitation or approval only and is not automatically granted.
- Haulers must remain in good standing, maintain active status, comply with all contract obligations, and meet safety and performance standards as determined by S&H Hauling.
- Enrollment in the Program does not constitute an employment relationship or guarantee continued work.
3. Limitations & Modifications
- All benefits are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- S&H Hauling reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any individual hauler’s participation at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in operational needs, performance concerns, or compliance violations.
- Restrictions apply to all perks and incentives and may be governed by additional internal policies, which may be updated periodically.
4. No Guarantees
- The Preferred Hauler Program does not guarantee minimum load volume, income, or specific benefits. Perks are offered on a discretionary and non-contractual basis.
- Participation in the Program does not alter any terms of an existing contractor agreement with S&H Hauling.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling or continuing participation in the Program, Haulers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time.
